Directions to Use – KV Piquancy Chicken 65 Fry Masala

Net Quantity: 100 g
Recommended for: 2 kg Chicken

  1. Clean 2 kg chicken thoroughly and drain excess water.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add the chicken and 1 full pack (100 g) of KV Piquancy Chicken 65 Fry Masala.

  3. Add:

    • 2–3 tablespoons lemon juice or curd

    • 1–2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste (optional)

  4. Mix well so that the masala coats the chicken evenly.

  5. Marinate for 30–45 minutes for best flavour.

  6. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai.

  7. Fry the marinated chicken on medium flame until golden, crispy, and fully cooked.

  8. Serve hot with onion rings, lemon wedges, and chutney.

Note: Salt is already balanced in the masala—no extra salt required.
